Additional Support Services
Postpartum Planning Session
$80 for One Hour | Home Visit or Virtual
Many women write birth plans to help guide their labor and delivery experience. Postpartum plans are a smart idea, too.
We'll work together to create a plan that will help you attain a more organized and rewarding fourth trimester. We'll discuss newborn care, helper responsibilities, physical healing, meals, sleep, breast/bottle feeding, household chores, visitors, mental health and additional topics you'll face as a new parent.
Best to schedule for late 2nd or 3rd trimester
Mental Health Support Session
$80 for One Hour | Home Visit or Virtual
Sometimes a postpartum mood and anxiety disorder becomes a concern. Or maybe you're struggling with birth trauma. These sessions are meant to focus on you, your feelings and your safety.
We'll sit down, talk, and work together to get you on the road to recovery. I will listen with empathy, suggest coping skills for stress management, and get you in touch with mental health and wellness providers in the community as needed.
Can be scheduled anytime in the prenatal period or up to one year after baby's birth
Postpartum Planning Sessions & Mental Health Support Sessions can be booked independently from Postpartum Doula Services.
